What are the conditions of registering a house ?
The house should be equipped with all facilities like proper lights, fan / AC, geyser, double-bed, curtains, attached toilet and bathroom, regular supply of water, soap, etc. The house should be located at a conveniently reachable location.
Is there any registration fee for registering PG / B&B establishment ?
Yes, one time payment of Rs.500/- in the form of Cheque / Demand Draft is required to be paid for registering the PG / B&B establishment. The Cheque / Demand Draft may be made in favour of M/s. A.G. Enterprises payable at New Delhi.
What is the criteria for fixing of rent amount ?
We have, as such, not stipulated any criteria for rent amount. Howeve, we will advice, if need be, and display the same rent amount as sought by the owner.
Who will decide the rent amount ?
Once your registration form for renting out your premises for use as Paying Guest House / B&B establishment reaches us, it shall be scrutinised by our team of experts. We shall personally visit your premises and arrive at an agreement and sign the enclosed DEAL.
Who will collect the rent amount and when will the Accounts be settled ?
The charges towards rent and other miscellaneous services shall be collected by us against bills. Once the clients vacate the premises, our Accounts expert would meet you within three days and settle the Accounts.
Can the owners accept direct bookings ?
If the owner of the premises accept direct booking, proper intimation to this effect should be sent to us, so that there is no duplicacy of booking. The charges so collected, will purely be taken by the owner from the client. M/s. AG Enterprises will have no claim / responsibility, whatsoever, towards the client.
The periodicity and chronology of bookings ?
As the bookings are being made through internet, there is no hard and fast periodicity conditions. However, during the period the establishment is vacate, no payment, whatsoever, shall be due to the owner.
What are the measures for ensuring the bonafide & integrity of the clients ?
While filling up the forms, each client is required to fill-up every single information about his own self as well as enclose a copy of the Passport, VISA, validity of VISA and reference details, in case of emergency. A copy of the form so filled-up by the clients shall be given to the owner, local police station and the beat constable for infomation & record.
What are the measures available for taking action against the clients if they create nuisance in premises rented out to them ?
Those making nuisances in the premises rented out by us as Paying Guest House / B&B establishments, will be removed from the premises and a written complaint to their concerned Embassy in India and Police Station will be sent for records and penultimate action. A detailed entry to his debarredment from the premises shall be made in his Passport.
To what extent we have our role as a mediator ?
Our role as a mediator would be :
- Attend to the queries of the clients
- Pick the client from the airport / railway station and drop to the premises sought by him / her.
- Introduce the clients to the owner and inform him in detail about the number of days etc. of the clients' stay.
- Submit a copy of the Passport, VISA details and the Undertaking from the client for taking up the premises on rent and agreement to the terms and conditions for the purpose to the nearest Police Station.
- Accept payment from the client and settle the Accounts with the owner within three working days.
- In case of any accident, emergency, alteraction, etc. owners can lodge an FIR with the nearest Police Station.
- The facilities, if provided by the owner, other than stipulated in our Menu (Agreement), shall be to the risk and responsibility of the owner. We will have no responsibility, whatsoever, in regard to payments/damages thereof.
- Once the client has reached the PG / B&B establishment, NO manpower for serving him, whatsoever, will be provided by us.
- We will have no responsibility in regard to the upkeep of the furniture, fixtures provided at the guest house / B&B establishment. Any damage because of the stay of the client shall totally be debited to his / her account.
- We will not provide any assistance in regard to cleaning / washing of the premises / spreadsheets / toilets / towels etc., prior or after the clients visit.
