Terms & Condition

 

In Order to register your Bed & Breakfast / Paying Guest House Establishment with A.G. Enterprises, we have laid few terms and condition, please kindly go through them in details:

  • A non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- towards registration charges to be paid by way of Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of “AG ENTERPRISES, NEW DELHI”.
  • An undertaking is to be signed for successful registration of the premises for use as Paying Guest House / B&B establishment.
  • If the premises are not to be placed for use as Paying Guest House / B&B establishment for a certain period, the owner will have to give a written request to this effect.
  • In case of refusal to lend the registered premises for use as Paying Guest House / B&B establishment on demand by guests simultaneously on three occasions, the registration of the said premises shall stand cancelled. If once cancelled, no further request / correspondence shall be entertained for re-registration of the same premises for use as Paying Guest House / B&B establishment.
  • If the premises are vacated by the guests prior or after the scheduled dates, an intimation to this effect shall be sent by the owner to us either by phone/e-mail or fax.
  • The guests should not be taken for granted and no information, documents etc., which may be detrimental to the security and sanctity of the country, should be given to them at any cost.  In case of suspicion about the guest, immediate information should be given to the nearest Police Station and us.
  • In case of altercation, difference of opinion, with the guests in regard to the items provided in the premises, AG Enterprises will have no responsbility, whatsoever and the owner shall have to check them on his own before the guests vacate the premises.
  • Every possible effort should be made to ensure comfortable stay of guests in your premises. In case of any complaint in regard to services etc., the same should be removed at the earliest. Our aim should be to give them a homely atmosphere which they do not find in luxurious hotels.
 
 
 
 
Want to Register your Home Stay / Bed and Breakfat Estalishment With Us!!!!

In Order to be listed in this portal as an B & B Estalishment / Paying (PG) Guesthouse Establishment, Guest House Owner's needs to be registered and certified by Department of Toursim, Goverment of India. One time payment of Rs.500/- in the form of Cheque / Demand Draft is required to be paid for registering the Paying Guest Houses (PG) or Bed and Breakfast Establishment.
